  • The R960 is powered by four (4) Intel Xeon scalable processors in a 4U air-cooled form factor with superior vertical scaling capabilities to power businesses and drive data-driven initiatives.
  • The R960 has a maximum number of CPU cores of 60, can support 64 DDR5 DIMMs (a total of 16 TB of memory), and can run large in-memory databases, removing the need for slower I/O database access.
  • By supporting up to 24 NVMe drives, DDR5 DIMMs, 12 PCIe 5.0 slots for I/O expansion, LOM, and industry standard OCP to expand business needs and give customers the flexibility to connect to the network.
  • Support for fast 1:1 CPU-I/O communication via PCIe Gen5 adapter.
